    The ANDWE brand warranty does not cover the following Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disasters. However, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against manufacturing defects, which include the watch movement, indexes, dial and hands. The ANDWE watch warranty is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. After the warranty period, all repairs are subject to a service fee. Other parts not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, ANDWE will repair or replace the defective watch or part of the watch at no additional charge within a reasonable time after returning the product. However, the customer may be charged for the cost of shipping the product.   • How do I cancel my order?
    If you want to cancel your order, please contact us here. As soon as we receive your cancellation request, we will inform our courier service and request that the shipment be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will process the order, return the full amount to your account, and notify you by email. Please note that we are currently unable to cancel orders before they are shipped.
  • Can I change delivery address?
    If you want to change your delivery address, write to us. We will do our best to help you with this situation. If we are unable to change the address directly in our system, usually because the shipment has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of shipping address. Please provide some information to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Write everything in the contact form here.   • When I will recieved the returned amount?
    Once your returned shipment is received at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we approve or reject the return. The product or products must be sent back within 30 days of receipt of the goods. However, it is not a problem if the goods in our warehouse will be received after this time. The goods must be unused - in the original packaging with intact tags and protective stickers - and still in the same new condition as when you received it. If we approve the return of the goods, the full amount will be refunded for the ordered goods. Once your refund has been processed by our system, you can expect money in your account within 5-10 business days.
  • Time stopped on the watch, what about that?"
    Please set the time exactly to 12:00 and check that the crown is fully inserted into the watch case. Wait 15 minutes and see if the minute hand moves. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
  • Can I return the ordered goods?
    CONDITIONS Please note that you can return the ordered products no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. After this time, ANDWE will not accept any returned shipments. Your goods must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Please note that we do not offer product exchange services. If you want to make an exchange, please send us your ordered goods back and place a new order according to your needs.   • How long does the battery in the ANDWE watch last?
    The expected battery life in our watches is 2 to 4 years depending on external factors, such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc. If you need to replace the battery, contact your local watchmaker.
  • Can I change the order?
    Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the ordered products or the selected quantity. In this situation, we suggest that you contact us here to request the cancellation of an incorrect order. You can then place a new order with the required items on our website at any time.
